Theme park module
E-HORS has evolved from being just a hotel management system to covering other aspects of the hospitality industry. E-HORS Theme Park module is customized to the needs of Bukit Gambang Water Park. Therefore, it is designed to fit the every need of a theme park’s operations and management.
The main benefits of the Theme Park module are:
- Theme park wristbands with barcodes are given to patrons which allow them to make purchase without bringing cash/credit card into the park. The barcode registers the amount paid as e-value which acts as cash in the theme park.
- It is fully integrated with the Sales and Marketing module which enable the hotel’s sales team to offer theme park tickets as part of a package for hotel guests. It is also integrated with the POS systems which ensure that theme park patrons are able to make purchase in all outlets within the park with e-value.
- Patrons are able to top up their wristband e-value, transfer e-value amount to another patron or refund the e-value available in the wristband through the theme park counter.
- Barcode readers are available all throughout the theme park for patrons to check the remaining e-value balance.
- The turnstile mechanism and hardware like barcode scanners are controlled by E-HORS and is fully web based.
- Guests are able to do online reservations for theme park tickets which will save them time, without the need to line up at the theme park counter.
- Real time statistics and management reports are accessible so that the management can oversee the operations of the theme park from anywhere as long as Internet connection is available.
