They will be able to make reservations and packages for groups based on real time availability of function rooms without the need for consultation with the reservation department. This reduces communication cost significantly. At the same time, workload of the reservation department can be reduced.
The main benefits of the Sales and Marketing module are:
- The sales team is able to create packages wherever they are as long as the Internet can be accessed. It provides them with great flexibility and efficiency when dealing with customers.
- Promotional vouchers can be created in E-HORS. This will reduce the workload and time needed for the sales and marketing department to create promotional vouchers on their own.
- Event orders are sent to head of departments before the arrival of groups so that departments know the itinerary, break down items and the special requests of the group arriving. This is to ensure that departments are well prepared upon the arrival of the group.
