Unit Lease Back
This module is specially designed for properties with units owned or partly owned by individual owners. This provides convenience for hotels to manage units with individual owners and provide them with revenue reports of the units.
The main benefits of the Unit Lease Back module are:
- Details of unit owners and contracts are kept in the database for ease of management and contacting owners.
- Revenue report overview by owner and owner pool can be generated by the management. Owner’s revenue history can also be generated.
- Monthly revenue reports are sent to owners by e-mail.
- Owners are able to log in from the web to check their revenue report to monitor the occupancy and revenue of their units.
- A unit can be owned by multiple owners. Multiple units can also be owned by a single owner. There are no limitations of owners.
