Housekeeping and Maintenance
The Housekeeping and Maintenance module is quite straightforward as the functionality needed for this department is not complex.
The main benefits of the Housekeeping and Maintenance module are:
- Rooms can be blocked for planned and unplanned maintenance and swapped to another room if needed.
- Maintenance block will be sent by e-mail to the room director or front office.
- Cleaning list for housekeeping will be based on priorities.
- Room status can be changed through PBX interface by housekeeping department.
- Rooms that are vacant clean for a number of days will change to vacant dirty automatically.
