Piccolo Hotel is the first marine inspired boutique hotel in the heart of Kuala Lumpur at Jalan Bukit Bintang. One of our objectives is to provide excellent services to our guests using an environmental friendly approach.
Therefore we were looking for a hotel management system that can deliver a 'green' solution. Traditionally, hotels use a tremendous volume of paper and energy consuming equipments. E-Hors provides a complete fully integrated solution that is basically paperless and uses a single local server (even with IP based PABX system).
E-Hors allows us to work from anywhere, as the system is 100% browser based, which results in very high efficiency, lower cost of ownership and less paper plus energy costs. Piccolo Hotel is the first hotel in Malaysia using the IP based PABX system, which is a part of the integrated E-Hors solution.
The IP PABX system alone saved our hotel a significant amount in initial investments as no double infrastructure in rooms was needed for Internet and telephone. The system also does not require a conventional and costly PABX system. The difference alone practically paid for the E-Hors license fee.
