Summerset was the pilot site for E-HORS, we were the guinea pig. Even though we were, we had immediate results and large savings which really helped our cash flow and bottom line results. Our reservations and sales department is in Kuala Lumpur and the resort is at the East Coast in Kuala Rompin. Using E-HORS, our sales department could handle the whole sales cycle without consulting the resort, working from an open room inventory. This saved a significant amount in the cost of communication, but even more important; it allowed our sales to close deals more efficiently, faster and with better customer service.
