Housekeeping and Maintenance
The Housekeeping and Maintenance module is quite straightforward as the functionality needed for this department is not complex.
The main benefits of the Housekeeping and Maintenance module are:
- Rooms can be blocked for planned and unplanned maintenance and swapped to another room if needed.
- An e-mail will be sent to Front Office or specifically the Rooms Division Manager if there is a maintenance block.
- Cleaning list for housekeeping is based on priorities.
- Room status can be changed through PBX interface by housekeeping department.
- Rooms that are vacant clean for a number of days will change to vacant dirty automatically.
