New Chief Technology Officer Role Filled By Mr Jouke Postma

E-HORS recently announced the newly created position of Chief Technology Officer and it is to be filled by Mr Jouke Postma. The expanding research and development department have created a huge need for this position.

Jouke will be responsible for the architecture, design & development, security, operational integrity, system support and maintenance of E-HORS (Electronic Hotel Operations and Reservation System). He will oversee all technical staffs of E-HORS especially those in the development team.

Having worked in companies such as Compuware and IBM, he has more than 20 years experience of development and analysis of information systems as well as successfully managing operations, information technology and strategic planning in his previous positions.

Most recently, he served as the Senior Project Manager of IBM / Delta Lloyd Insurance Amsterdam, Delta Lloyd Banking Arnhem and OHRA Arnhem where he was responsible for the planning and implementation of new projects and programs initialized by Delta Lloyd.

Prior to Delta Lloyd, he was the General Manager and IT Consultant for Professional Web Services in Thailand with responsibility of overseeing the design and development of applications such as ERP solutions, CRM software and e-business payment gateways. He was also involved in the planning and implementations at customer sites involving corporate networks. Professional Web Services is the mother company of E-HORS and therefore, Jouke has been with the company since the initial stages of the E-HORS development.

When asked about his goal as a Chief Technology Officer, he aims to expand the integration of new technologies and improve customer satisfaction by optimizing the support and maintenance that E-HORS can provide to customers.
