Bukit Jawi Golf Resort hits a hole in one with E-HORS
Bukit Jawi Golf Resort, (60+ rooms expanding with 60 + rooms, 36 hole golf)
After a very long evaluation, Bukit Jawi Golf Resort decided to purchase E-HORS, even though E-HORS is still to develop the Golf module, which will be realized before the end of July. The most important reasons why Bukit Jawi Golf Resort purchased E-HORS were:
- The need for a single solution instead of multiple island solutions.
- E-HORS will eliminate lots of paperwork related to the high number of big functions the resort has.
- Using the E-HORS real time online reservation system, Bukit Jawi Golf Resort will increase their FIT bookings and increase the average yield.
- Bukit Jawi Golf Resort has the urgent need to work with an integrated F&B, Inventory and POS system due to many stock locations and the related audits.
- Low cost of IT ownership.
Unique within the golf module is that the membership authentication will be fully integrated with the golf module, POS and front office modules. It will be using bio-metrics for authentication purposes. This will eliminate the misuse of membership cards handed over to friends and neighbours and will increase the service to the members as they will be able to use this method also for “signing the bill” in the outlets etc.
Bukit Jawi Golf Resort is the latest E-HORS user and will be operational by the end of June 2008, except for the golf module which will come one month later.
